Geez, but I was a wee lad of 21 when I started painting these! Intresting note about #65; that was the first "Conan" cover I painted, but it was originally done for the cover of John Bolton's KULL story in Bizarre Adventures. When John asked to paint his own cover I painted out his crown and added the armband. Instant Conan!! LOL Since they had to wait for a story to be written around the cover (back then it was important that the cover reflect the contents. Go figure) it eventually got published after my first two SSOC covers, which I got on the strength of the Kull painting!

I've got most of those issues! Couldn't get enough Conan back then. Get some of these stories scanned in please. Number 200 particularly, because I've not read that one!

#200 was an odd story. Interesting, though.
