The Smith piece (inked by Syd Shores) was the unused cover for Avengers #66.
The photoshop coloring job screws up Goliath II's costume though, there's bare skin between the red cowl and the blue harness that's colored blue instead of skin-tone.
Interesting to note the Art Adams piece featured almost all the members in the costumes they wore when they first appeared in Avengers, including Black Panther's half-mask and both Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver in their original Kirby ensembles, including Wanda's oversized headpiece and Pietro's Peter-Pan boots.
Curiously, though, Black Widow is in her second costume, not the fishnet-stocking garb she wore when she first appeared as a villainess, then as Hawkeye's girlfriend/SHIELD agent.

Might've been that Natasha was in her "wet suit" costume when she finally officially joined the Avengers in ish 111?
She was offered membership while working with the Avengers on the Red Guardian matter (wearing the fishnets)in #43-44 but didn't officially join until the Magneto matter in #111, when she was wearing the "wet suit"
I'm pretty sure there was a line in #111 like "The offer's still open." or somesuch, so it goes either way, I suppose.
