BrittReid said...: The color comics reprint the b/w magazine's movie adaptations of the first two films (n release order, not chronologically), Planet and Beneath.
A big drawback was that the adaptations couldn't use the likenesses of Charlton Heston (Taylor), Linda Harrison (Nova), James Franciscus (Brent), or any of the other humans, though the ape likenesses, based on the award-winning makeup, were dead-on.; 4 June 2011 15:49
