As good as John's work was/is when coloured, there's just something about it that comes to life when you see it in black & white. I'd recommend getting the Essential volume of this, or, if you want to go one seriously better, get the Essential Silver Surfer vol. 1. My God, that book is beautiful!; 1 February 2011 22:21
