Joe, enjoying these "Twisted Tales" stories you have posted recently.
Shows how 'old fashioned' I am , I'd never eaven heard of "Twisted Tales" until recently -- is it an 80's title? Did they mainly employ old DC artists/inkers etc, or a fresh input of artists?
yeah, Twisted Tales would've been early 'eighties, Gnostic, mate. the talent roster was pretty impressive for the day, especially when you consider that it was an independent publication ( it was published by PC Comics ): John Bolton, Mike Ploog, Berni Wrightson, Richard Corben, Ken Steacy, Rick Geary, Bill Wray, Bret Blevins, Gray Morrow, Mike Hoffman, Val Mayerik, and Tanino Liberatore, & a whole smattering of others. I know they released a collected edition in 1986, but I've not seen it. I'm planning on posting "Banjo Lessons" at some point, which caused quite a stir at the time, so keep 'em peeled!
